PHYSIOTHERAPY

Ryan runs R3 Physiotherapy, helping people manage muscle and joint problems through personalised treatment and exercise. The challenge was turning that expertise into information clients could understand, trust and put into practice.

LDM has helped R3 turn Ryan’s expertise into clear, useful films for its clients. The partnership spans exercise demonstrations, promotional films and a podcast series, each offering a different way to share his knowledge.

Placing Ryan at the centre made every film expert-led and personal. Treatment footage showed clients what to expect, while demonstrations made his advice easier to follow. The work has grown into a library of films R3 can use to explain its services, educate its clients and earn their trust.

We use your name, email, business name, message and correspondence to respond, discuss projects and prepare proposals. Required fields are needed to submit the form. Technical request and delivery records help secure the website and prevent duplicate submissions.

Service providers

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the website; Google Workspace handles email. Relevant correspondence is reviewed by a connected ChatGPT assistant for summaries and draft replies; Dwayne reviews and sends. Necessary information may also be shared with professional advisers, authorities or suppliers involved in your project.

Our providers process information outside the UK, including in the US. The OpenAI Sites terms specify Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum for UK data. For connected ChatGPT processing, OpenAI describes adequacy arrangements and contractual safeguards. Google and Cloudflare publish Data Privacy Framework and contractual transfer safeguards. Retention

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal record-keeping requirements or resolve complaints and claims. Technical records are kept for delivery, security and troubleshooting needs.

Google Fonts receives technical information when fonts load. Opening a film loads Vimeo, which receives technical and viewing information and may use cookies or similar technologies; existing Vimeo cookies may also be sent.
